Especially so, for lessons which they are far behind and lack understanding. Students' disipline, confidence, participation and involvement in lessons ultimately leads to his/her improvement in studies. I like to see my students be very comfortable during my classes. I worry if my student does not have confidence in himself/herself. I will firstly try to build the confidence on the student so that learning & communicating with me is easier.
