More informations about the tutor: QUALIFICATION : Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons).Currently working as an engineer in oil & gas industry TEACHING EXPERIENCE: I have 3 years of experience in teaching . The medium of instruction is English. However, you don't have to be fluent in English to understand my lessons.I can teach in Bahasa Malaysia for the student to understand . I have taught expatriates for many student. So far, I've never have any problem when teaching the student. During my study life, I discovered a lot of easy and fun learning methods of study from my teachers & lecturers. I realized that exam oriented way of teaching is not that suitable for today's generation. Other than bore teaching, I guide my students to follow the correct path of learning and analyzing questions/problems. Hence, I formed my student to have analytical thinking and also build their creative mind. I strongly believe that I have the ability to build quality students and I'm ready to put my effort on it! LESSON FORMAT: Baby was born with zero knowledge, it is a decision of an individual to be intelligent or otherwise. Hence, the word GENIUS is not related to LUCK....but Learn Under Correct Knowledge. Unlike rigid classroom atmosphere, I like to create friendly learning environment. I like to encourage my students to try and do not fear of making mistakes. I believe the uplifting spirit in learning would improve student performance and attitude towards knowledge. A little progress is a precursor to BIG SUCCESS!! TEACHING METHADOLOGIES & LESSONS : 1. Focus on revision 2. Exercise oriented 3. Aptitude in self-learning 4. Learning mentality progression Normally the lesson will be conducted in an hour and 30 minutes basis. Within the session, the tutorial will be conducted for an hour, which comprises lecturing, individual tutoring, and group discussion. Then, exercises related to the topics lectured will be done within 20 to 30 mins. However, the time approximated can be differed depending on students’ progress and abilities. There will be a consultation session to determine students’ competency. If the student is in need of extra guidance and tutorial, a longer time will be determined. TRAVEL AREA: I am willing to go to PJ,Bangsar, Taman Jaya, Kelana Jaya, Sunway ,Subang Jaya & surrounding areas. I have my own car. So if you want me to go somewhere further, it's open to consideration. I usually teach at the students' place. TUITION RATE: Fees are negotiated during interview. I charge a reasonable rate. Please rest assured that you will get your money's worth. Payment is made at the end of every month. |
