More informations about the tutor: TEACHING EXPERIENCE: 5 years teaching experience in home tuition and tuition center. I provide classes for primary and secondary school students according to their needs and requirement. I will ensure that they improve and excel in their UPSR/PMR/SPM examinations. I am well conversed in BM and English. SERVICES: 1. Coaching Coaching is focusing on the student via one to one lesson. Students will be guided in doing exercises, homework and will be given tips on how to excel in examinations. The classes will be conducted once/twice a week, at least 1.5 hours for each session. The number of days and duration of the class depends on students’ competency and requirement. 2. Group tuition Group tuition is done with students of the same level- a minimum of two and a maximum of four students are required. For students of different level – only two students will be accepted in one session. Usually only same subject will be taught for both siblings at their respective level but it is open to consideration for two different subjects depending on the students’ levels. The classes will be conducted once/twice a week, at least 1.5 to 2 hours for each session. 3. Holiday lessons It is basically for students who are preparing themselves for the following academic year. These lessons will ensure that the students are always ahead of the topics taught in school. Since they are advanced they will always have the chance to have a better understanding on the topic taught in school. The classes are conducted during year-end holiday. LESSON FORMAT: For mathematic subjects tutoring is base on exercises and problem solving.A reasonable amount of homework will be given to the students if agreed by the parents otherwise the exercises will be done during class and discussed once completed but this may require additional period. For mathematics subject simple ways of problem solving will be taught. As for science lessons lecturing, individual tutoring, and group discussion will be conducted. Techniques for easy remembering will be introduced. Exercises related to the topics lectured will be done at the end of the class. AVAILABLE TIME: 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm - Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm - Saturday & Sunday TUITION RATE: Fees are negotiated during interview. I charge a reasonable rate.
