My focus and objective is to ensure my students improved and get better understandings on their Mathematics from what there are now by having this extra class. In addition of that, the kids under my responsibility will love mathematics and learn it for their future. My concepts of teaching Mathematics is to let my students to understand the concepts of it so they can answer any question during exam not to make them remember style of question that will come out..I have experienced of teching home tuition for my neighbor's kid in one month before her PMR and she got better results (from fail to B). She did not get A but at least there are improvement that will help her to love Mathematics and change her mind that Mathematics is not difficult as she think before :):)
