An Experienced secondary school English teacher having taught for 19 years now using the KSSM syllabus. Been a tutor for the English language subject teaching pupils of all levels ( primary to secondary) using both the KSSM & KSSR syllabus. Teacher is also confident in teaching the BM & Mathematics subjects for primary school pupils. Last position held was as an English language lecturer for the undergraduate students ( B.Ed- TESL) at a teachers training centre in Kuala Lumpur under KPM. This training centre is aimed to produce English teachers who will be posted to various primary schools ( throughout Malaysia upon graduation. My Methods are based on feedback, student motivation, and the teacher's own evolving pedagogical philosophy. I practice customised learning plans, materials, and methods to suit individual student needs, strengths, and skills. Throughout my teaching years, I have established a trusting, respectful relationship that allows students to feel comfortable speaking and engaging without hesitation.
