Name : Lee Lina (Teacher Lina) Age : 48 Experience : 25 years Good Chinese oral and writing skills. Patient coaching in 1-1 teaching and small class teaching. Have patience and care when teaching beginners so that they can learn correctly and lay a solid foundation. Always research teaching methods and prepare teaching materials and curriculum plans. Class speed based on students’ needs and abilities. Telling stories, using related movie of education, interactions and activities will be part of this course. I am currently working as a full-time tutor, so my time is more relaxed. Myself like to give and share knowledge and life experience at work. Feedback from parents, their kids improve in their mandarin and attitude as well. 📌My own thoughts are:- We need to break the traditional concept of tuition. We can no longer just look at [achievements], but are looking for some soft skills and attitudes and values. In fact, training as [habits] when children are young is absolutely essential!
