I have a BA in Economics from the National University of Singapore.I am passionate about my subjects and dedicated to seeing students do well. In fact most of my students have done exceedingly well in their exams with some obtaining the top in Malaysia award presented by the Cambridge Board. I decided to take on tutoring as an opportunity to share my knowledge with others and allow them to realise their full potential and all the other benefits of a good education. The main factors which have contributed to my success so far include the following: - I have high expectations of myself and my students, I believe every student can achieve the best grades with the right help - I instil confidence and a “can do” attitude in students, regularly reminding them that nothing is “hard” if you have been shown how to do it properly - I listen to students, this keeps lessons interactive and ensures I have constant update on their thought process and current understanding. - I ensure continuous support for students, I make myself available for questions via phone or e-mail throughout the day to ensure the support does not end at the end of the lesson!
