My teaching approach is " Learning should be fun, thru students' participations and initiatives, such as using Internet and online" I've an extensive working and teaching experience spanning about 50 years starting with teaching in two secondary schools in the early 60s and ending in several universities in China and Malaysia, 2000 till now. My working experiences had been in large corporations and MNCs covering production/operations, human resource, marketing, and management/career consultancy. Teaching, however is more fulfilling because it involves guiding and nurturing young people to develop their potentials to be successful persons. My areas range from secondary to tertiary, from certificates, diplomas, degrees and MBAs. And my message to parents and students, encapsulated in a simple old Chinese saying, " If there were no fishermen to guide us, how could we ever see the great waves of the ocean?" - bu yin yu fu yin, zen de jian bo tao!
