I am currently graduated as a Master of Education (Biology) from the Sultan Idris University of Education on 13 September 2013. In addition, I am graduated from UNIMAS on 10 October 2010 with Bachelor of Science with Honours (Resources Biotechnology). I respectfully submit this letter of application, for I believe my experiences and commitment on teaching make me well qualified to meet the needs of education dynamic program. I have a vast experience with lecturing, and as I am sure you will agree this is very important. Currently, I’m a Biology Lecturer in SEGi College Subang Jaya, I’m teaching the Cambridge A-LEVEL and Foundation in Science. Moreover, At SMK Wira Penrissen I had 4 months of experience as a Biology replacement teacher, 3 years as PLKN trainer/speaker/teacher and currently as a Biology tuition teacher for about 5 months and this taught me just about everything I needed to know about how to be a good teacher or lecturer. In this time, I developed my teaching process to adapt to the way students learn. I developed this through various feedback sessions with some of my students. This allowed me to successfully teach hundreds of students effectively. Hence, I have the ability to adapt to changing academic circumstances and student numbers.
