I am currently work at Universiti Kuala Lumpur in the Organizational Development Department of the Human Capital Division whereby my responsibilities are to research, design and develop training materials and training development projects from implementation stage to launch stage; to conduct training programs developed using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, workshops and joint field work; and to conduct ‘train the trainer’ sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of internal facilitators. The reason I am applying for this job is because I am deeply interested to impart my knowledge which I have gathered through various job exposures and training. During these 25 years I have gathered considerable skills in training and research, and have built up a broad based knowledge in the areas of finance and human resources, banking operations, investment portfolios, and administrative management services. I believe that the pedagogic, analytical and communication skills I have developed over the years have enhanced my personal attributes whereby I consider myself to be decisive, goal-oriented and good team player.
