Hello parents/students, My name is Thila. I graduated from USM in 2009 and hold a bachelor degree in Chemistry.I work as an Engineer in a multinational medical product company. I have a good grasp of the English language and I can teach English very well. I scored A1 in SPM English language paper and holds Band 6 in my STPM MUET exam. I studied in St.George's Girls' School during my secondary school years. Besides, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics are my strength in teaching. I scored A1 in all these subjects in my SPM and quite good results in STPM too. I used to teach school students during my university time and I was a tutor in the university itself. My way of teaching is that I make students think rather than memorize. I make it compulsory for them to ask questions. In this way, they will think, learn and understand the concept. I do have links with teachers in many top schools in Penang. Hence, I can provide samples of other school exam papers to create confidence in students.
