From my current job responsibilities as a swim coach, besides coaching children, teenagers and adults swimming techniques and surviving skills, I also take the opportunity to educate my students on self-confidence, social interpersonal skills, punctuality, manners, respect, and some general knowledge during swimming sessions which proven elevates my students’ motivation on learning the required swimming techniques and skills more effectively within a shorter time . I also like to encourage my students to explore their interests and not to give up on their dreams easily to reach their full potential. As a dedicated and responsible swim coach, I believe it is significant to cultivate awareness and shape good values in every possible area from the beginning so they will be well guided with knowledge and skills to face future challenges ahead. I am very empathatic and a fast learner with an enthusiasm to learn on the job for my long-term relationship with students and parents.
