My years of experience have taught me no 2 students are alike. That's when I adapt the ADDIE teaching model. First, most importantly, identify the Tutoring Need Analysis, the current strong and weak point of the student. Then, proceed with the Design, Development, Implementation and finally the Evaluation. No Teacher will be able to bring out the best in their student if they can't communicate with their student. Here I adapt a system to identify their learning (communication) style. Among the learning styles are Visual (Spatial), Aural (Auditory-Musical), Verbal (Linguistic), Physical (Kinesthetic), Logical (Mathematical), Social (Interpersonal), Solitary (Intrapersonal).
