As a teacher,I have always believed in this teaching principle, to teach a student and make sure that a student learns to gain knowledge and not merely to succeed in examinations. Before beginning with my lesson plan, I'll ask questions from students to understand what he/she expects from me. I will also ask parents for their specific expectations from me for the improvement of their child's education. I strongly believe in good personal attention and a targeted coaching method in which I will monitor and evaluate student's performance results in the particular subject to be on an improving scale. Practice makes perfect. So, i do emphasize more on giving homework to improve and recalling of past teaching to enhance retention of memory for students. I practice a fun learning environment with questions and answers session and maintain a very good communication with my student. Proper communication makes wonder in a teaching environment.
