I believe the students and tutor need have good understanding and communication to build an exiting environment to learn. Besides that, the learning process should't be one way. I alway encourage my students to ask questions or give their opinions. Students are free to ask as many questions they want. I don't mind students asking me the same question again. I want my students to understand what I've thought instead of memorizing what they learned.
