I believe in using safe and evident-based approaches in providing the best learning support and a conducive learning environment to encourage students to be self-motivated and be happy learners so that they can realise their potentials and excel in the areas of their strengths and interest. I am at my best when I am provided with the opportunities to engage students who need help in learning basic concepts of mathematics and are displaying mathematical abilities and skills that are below their expected attainment levels; especially for those students from primary 3 to 6 and are following the Mathematics Syllabus from Singapore’s Ministry of Education.
