I was selected for the Government Matriculation Programme and graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Biology) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) under a Ministry of Higher Education scholarship. Due to academic excellence, I was offered direct entry into a PhD programme without a master’s degree. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Bioscience, specializing in cancer research.
