Tell us more about you like: I'm a strict person with no nonsense attitude towards my students. But that doesn't mean I will scold my student's without valid reason. I will usually monitor my student's progress on a weekly basis. I will arrange for an aptitude test every 2 weeks for the subjects that I'm teaching the student in order to gauge their understanding and skill level of the topic covered. By doing this test, the students themselves will be able to find out their weaknesses and rectify it.
