Tell us more about you like: I am currently work at Universiti Kuala Lumpur in the Organizational Development Department of the Human Capital Division whereby my responsibilities are to research, design and develop training materials and training development projects from implementation stage to launch stage; to conduct training programs developed using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, workshops and joint field work; and to conduct �train the trainer� sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of internal facilitators.
