I believe that every student has a chance to improve his/her grade as long as the tutor knows which area that the student does not understand/ fear . Once the obstacle has been removed, the student will not face a problem to tackle and master the whole subject. I is my job to make sure this gray area is explained to the student clearly . From there, the student can improve his / her grade from month to month. Early detection of a weakness in certain subject is important to ensure the student has an ample time to catch up with her friends / targeted grade.
