Hi my name is Ashwini and I am working as HR in an audit firm. I have experience of teaching for 7 years and I have teach primary and secondary students. Teaching is my passion and that is why I am interested in being a part time tutor. I will ensure students understand what I deliver to them and I will allow students to explain what they understand from I teach to me. In this way I can know which part students understand and they dont.I have been student as well so I know how they will feel and I will make sure there will be two way communication in my class to ensure students are not bored and they will be focus. Studying is not enough they have to understand what they study so that it will remain in their memory for long time period.
