I am adept in learning style assessments and Individualized Lesson Plans (IEP’s). Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate communication and analytical skills, I am goal-oriented, focused and committed. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation (TESOL) and a passion for education. Employing a wide array of instructional techniques, instructional media, and technological tools, including hand-outs, presentations, videos, online activities, to facilitate improved language abilities. I have the knowledge to design tests and exams that will help to evaluate how well the students are learning and to make sure they fully understand the lessons before moving on.
