I have about 13 years teaching & private tutoring experience. My specialty is spotting students' weaknesses and helping them to overcome them and at the same time helping them learn their subjects their way. Used to be an English lecturer at a private institution in Sarawak. Also used to manage the 'Graduate Re-Training Scheme' courses offered by the govt to re-train unemployed graduates to enable them to secure jobs and at the same time taught English so that the graduates became more 'employable'. Have also taught a few 'special' children in BM and English when no other teacher was willing to teach them. 2009 - coached a group of 7 UPSR students who were poor in some subjects 2.5mths before UPSR exams and all managed to score 5As. 2012 - coached some students 1 mth before PMR exams in subjects they were weak in and they managed to score 8As. 2012 - coached student last yr in the ICAS international English exam where she obtained a Distinction & finished in top 8% in M'sia.
